The Margaret McNamara Memorial Fund scholarship exists for women from developing countries, including Afghan refugees in Canada, and provides up to $15,000 in funding.
Who Qualifies
Afghan refugee women in Canada who hold a Student Visa or Refugee Visa are eligible to apply for women-only emergency funding. Additionally, women with Work Visa or Family Visa may also be considered if they can demonstrate a strong need for financial assistance.
